Box Stallion Winery, the name is a clue to this winery's original role as a thoroughbred horse stud. An iron stove warms in winter while in summer, tables migrate outdoors where tall hedges, elms, planes and eucalypts frame pastures and wetlands, populated by all manner of water fowl.
