  Due to the new quarantine requirements, we would not be able to make it for the flight booked in December. Upon repeated requests to the team, we were told that our ticket cannot be refunded (despite having a $50 cancellation fee) and we would have 36 months to use the same. Apparently the team checked with the "CEO" and responded that all businesses are affected so they cannot refund. I found this a bit harsh, as all other hotels, despite having cancellation fees refunded all the amounts to affected travellers such as me. Will have to be careful about booking attractions with such operators in the future.

  What an awesome experience flying over Melbourne. Ryan and Victor (our pilot) we’re amazing and for someone that was scared, made me feel soooo safe. I would recommend doing this to anyone who’s hasn’t before. It was extra special for me as I got married on the ballon. So it will be and experience I’ll never forget.

  Pilot Victor was very professional and friendly and Peter was assuring us, that flight will be peacefully and safe. Overall extremely pleasant, beautiful views, we highly recommend👍

  We had a lovely flight over Melbourne in March and could not recommend the flight anymore! Amazing sunrise and the best views of the city. 11/10 experience!

  This is the most uniquely fresh perspective on our wonderful city. I highly recommend it for any group or person to see things differently. one of the most intriguing and relaxing ways to fly that exists- beats a helicopter- every. single. day. We are archtiects, and gaining the insight of an infinite resolution 3D oversight to the projects, planning and structures being made was simply exceptional. highly recommended for anyone in planning, design, urban desgin, council planning, and anyone interested int he city at all, which should be all of us! simply stunning,

  Such an enjoyable flight, much more exciting than I had imagined. Great view over the city with a phenomenal angle to capture the city's architecture and wave hello to the MCG.

  It was great experience with "Picture This Ballooning" offers. I was so much not only enjoyable the "bird eye view" of Melbourne cityscape, but also feeling good as being a volunteer of helping them along the trip such as inflating the balloon, grapping up and holding tightly the giant bucket base.... Highly recommend for someone looking for this coolest experience, Picture This Ballooning is a great choice as always. Thanks for that!

  I cannot recommend this balloon flight enough. Whether you are a resident of Melbourne or a visitor to the city the balloon flight provided a fresh perspective of the CBD and its surrounds. Our aeronaut captain Peter was calm and delightful company guiding us to a very smooth landing.
